A plot of land in the vicinity of Chashnikovo village have been chosen for a construction site, the press office of the regional department of the Construction Ministry told Consrtruction.RU on Thursday.
At present, four premises of old stock-raising farm and other buildings subject to demolition are located on this plot of land with an area of 182 hectares. Sewage systems will be reconstructed there, whereas the utility facilities will be displaced.
Projected industrial park will host a complex of enterprises producing packing materials, furniture, medical equipment, food, as well as warehouses for cargo sorting and processing.
