According to Alexander Khrustalyov, the main goal of heliports construction is the creation of hubs for development of sanitary and business aviation.
“Bare cost of a flight by the most simple helicopter runs from 35,000 roubles per hour. Within this period of time, one could pass approximately 180-200 km”, - he added.
