He stressed that major buyers are from Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Tatarstan. But he told journalists that he has no information about the establishers of the companies working in the Crimea.
By the way, if we compare real property prices in Moscow and Sevastopol, in 2014 the Moscow flats were 5 fold more expensive. In 2016 it is only 3fold.
