A command and control post, a fire safety station, main gate check points, approach and inner roads are being constructed, more than 2,000 reinforced concrete slabs have been laid.
Engineering communications are being mounted. High-voltage power transmission lines have already been installed.
The construction of the second complex is carried out simultaneously.
