The alterations are planned to be made in a decree of the Russian government of the 29th of December 2015 regarding the list of employers, which are not subject of the ban on recruiting the Turkish citizens, which came into effect since the 1st January 2016.
The public discussion of the draft decree will last until the 30th of August 2016.
In particular, the following Russian companies might be authorized to hire Turkish citizens: Automative Glass Alliance Rus producing automobile glass, Trakya Glass Rus producing glass and mirrors, Tirsan Kardan producing cardan shaft, Koluman Rus and some others.
