As it was indicated in the document, at present, a non-residential multi-storey building with an area of 12,300 square meters is situated on this territory.
According to the president of the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment projects and Co-Funding Construction Control, Konstantin Timofeev, the investor intends to reconstruct the building, having increased its area up to 22,200 square meters.
“As soon as the repair work is completed, offices, shops and sports objects will emerge there, that is a large shopping and entertainment center will be there”, - he noted.
