Thus, Siberian Concession Company LLC, Novosibirsk Concession Company LLC and North-Eastern Main Line have been accepted for the tender.
The participants had to submit bidding application until the 15th of November, the tendering process is scheduled to be completed by the 9th of December. The deadline for the agreement signing is the 8th of March 2017.
As it was reported earlier, the tender will be conducted in two stages. The first stage will help to assess the interest in the project and the second one will finally determine the concessioner.
