As the press office of the Federal Tourism Agency told Construction.RU, in accordance with the document, a large-scale reconstruction of Gurzuf’s embankment, pedestrian and beach zones, as well as utility systems has been scheduled.
As a result, a grand embankment with beautiful infrastructure objects, which will make the area attractive for investors, will emerge in Gurzuf village.
The establishment of a new tourist cluster will help to increase a competitiveness of the region, create conditions for an increase of tourist flow and social and economic development of the territory on behalf of tourists and local residents.
