The matter concerns construction of new buildings with 10 storeys and 120 apartments in Bilevo-3 micro-district. The new buildings are scheduled to be put into operation in February 2017.
It’s unusual that the houses will be erected by Belarussian builders using domestic construction materials with the help of the Chinese specialists.
On the whole, a number of social houses are planned to be constructed with technical and economic assistance from China. The first stage of the project includes construction of 16 objects with houses in different regions of Belarus. The houses are planned to accommodate 1,400 families.
