The first stage of the project is scheduled to be completed by autumn of 2017, the press office of the regional government administration told Construction.RU on Wednesday.
For this period of time, greenhouses will be built on the land plot with an area of 24 hectares, where at least 19,000 tons of vegetables will be produced annually. The construction work will be completed by the year 2020, as a result of which the greenhouses will be expanded up to 108 hectares.
Four hundred new jobs are planned to be created at the enterprise. Investments to the large-scale project will total approximately 6 bln roubles.
