“According to our assessment, it’s necessary to raise a question of environmental expertise of the facilities, which are subject to reconstruction and construction in the resort areas, as it was established for specially protected natural sites,” said Kuznetsov at a session of the State Council presidium on the subject of improving investment attractiveness of a sanitary and resort complex of Russia.
The Minister reminded that the requirement to conduct such assessment had existed until the year 2014, but then it was annulled.
