The total number of rooms amounts to 528.
The building developer announced that Port Views is being erected on the land plot with an area of 1m square feet, not far from Port Rashid. Along with residential facilities and hotels, it will house shops, restaurants, a recreation club, a mosque and a public park in the very center of the area.
The construction works are underway. The facilities are planned to be put into operation in several stages. The whole work is scheduled to be completed by 2020.
