“We held negotiations with the representatives from Сarlson Rezidor Radisson and Hilton Worldwide. At present, we are approaching the signing of agreements,” he said.
According to Mr Pegin, there are sites for construction of modern hotels in the center of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city. The local administration is ready to provide them to the investors.
He added that current hotel room stock, which Kamchatka has, is insufficient.
More details on the negotiation process haven’t been revealed by the parties yet.
