According to the representative of the project designer company, Dubai Holding, Morgan Parker, Jumeirah Central project will be developed mostly in cooperation with domestic and foreign partners, who are interested in investing into the region. A number of concluded agreements are to be announced in the coming months.
Earlier, Dubai announced the launched of a large-scale project – “the city of the future”. Its first phase worth 6,5 bln dollars will be completed by 2021, the start of the construction works is scheduled for 2017.
The project with an area of the 4 square kilometers includes residential compounds, hotels, parks, advanced infrastructure.
