The credit outstanding amount totals some 100 million roubles. Arbitrary court of the Arkhangelsk region made a decision to foreclose on the mortgaged property of a total amount of over 10 million roubles.
The seizure includes a café, a guard house, a service center, a winter garden-house, a hotel under construction, a hauling cableway and a spa facility.
A portion of the above mentioned items of property have already been sold over the course of an auction.
Sports and Health Complex “Malinovka” is located in south of the Arkhangelsk region in northwestern Russia. Two ski slopes are operating there.
