This is what professor of Russian Academy of Science and advisor of “Mekhanobor – Tekhnika” research and production company, Leonid Vaisberg, said at a press conference in Moscow, Interfax reports.
According to Leonid Vaisberg, there is no enough budgetary funds to implement this project and a private investor is needed.
“In addition, the city prefers large infrastructure projects – roads, tunnels, bridges, passages, energy. But they forget that the issue of waste recycling is as much crucial for life, as a burning bulb in the house,” the expert reminded.
