As Deputy Head of the Moscow region’s government, Denis Butsaev, told reporters on Tuesday, the project includes construction of office and business facilities on the territory close to the Moscow Ring Road, between Leningradskoye and Volokalamskoye highway.
A trade exhibition of Chinese products, as well as office and business premises, will be erected at the 100,000-square-meter site.
A total amount of investments will be about $100-150 million. The project is being implemented jointly with Chinese partners and at present is at a final stage of design engineering.
