As the regional press office told Construction.RU on Friday, two agreements on the construction of recreation facilities in Alushta and Yevpatoria was signed at the event.
Implementation of the first project on establishment of “Alushtinsky” multi-functional tourist and recreation complex will require 7 bln roubles, whereas realization of the second one is estimated at 2,5 bln roubles.
The second agreement concerns construction of a multi-apartment residential apartment.
A complex building development is being planned in Alushta, what includes a recreation cluster, residential construction and reconstruction of “Alushtinsky” military sanatorium.
