As a chief architect of Moscow, Sergey Kuznetsov, told reporters on Wednesday, at present, a two-storey building of a hotel is located there. This construction is planned to be preserved.
near this building, at a distance of the highway, a new hotel complex comprised of two bulks will be erected. These bulks will be connected by the common stylobate. An area of one of them will amount about 7,000 square meters, whereas the second one will be about 5,500 square meters.
The buildings’ facade will be decorated with rhomb-shaped aluminium mold batteries.
