“We are examining this,” Deputy Defense Minister, Nikolay Pankov, said when delivering his speech at a session of the State Duma. However, he refused to unveil the details of the Ministry’s plans.
Kremlin believes that due to the recent developments in the international climate, the states have to take the relative measures.
“International situation is not a statical one, it’s dynamic. As you can see, over the last two years, international affairs and the regime of global security have been significantly changed,” a spokesman for President Putin, Dmitry Peskov noted.
