World’s biggest escalator put into operation in China

The longest escalator was opened in Chinese province of Hubei and is intended to meet the needs of the laziest tourists unwilling to walk too much and go up stairs.

This object is situated in one of the most picturesque places in the world, at a slope of Enshi Canyon. It is noteworthy that the escalator is entirely made of ecologically pure materials.

A total cost of the project amounts to over 5 million dollars. It will take visitors 18 minutes to move through by the escalator.
