As the result of the businessmen actions, about 500 million roubles of public money have been inefficiently used.
According to investigators, the head of one of the enterprises, acting as a contractor general at Federal Special Construction Agency, broke contractual arrangements over construction of a building waste recycling facility at the Vostochny Cosmodrome. The businessman settled advance payments to a contractor, which hadn’t performed the obligations regarding the previous payments. Moreover, the advance payment was illegitimately increased up to 80%.
