As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the Deputy Chairman of the Moscow region Government, German Yelianiushkin, it will have been built on the bank of the Pakhra river by 2021.
The construction site will be located in Fedorov street in Zelenovsky district in the central part of Podolsk (Moscow region). Interactive scientific and educational centers for children and adults, creative workshops, historical – paleontological and architectural grounds, sport and fitness complexes will be located on the territory of 2.5 hectares.
The area for development totals 23,000 square meters. The project includes the improvement of the 612 meter long walking embankment, a skate-park, a boating station and a foot bridge across the Pakhra construction. The construction work is to start in May, 2017.
