As Construction.RU was told by the regional press office, Ivan Belozertsev stressed the necessity of the new road in view of the prospect of the Penza airport development.
At present, under the guidance of Victor Kuvaitsev, the project and the road map are being developed. Then the implementation of the project will start.
The Turkish developer remarked, that the construction of large highways will initiate the development of the nearby territories and will allow to attract additional financing. The Arbekovo – Ternovka highway is known to be a toll road.
