“One may discuss projects for years, but the projects already exist, what is required is to attach them to the spot. Nothing more is needed,” Vladimir Putin said at the regional “Forum of Actions” held by All-Russia People’s Front.
The President believes that Russian government will perform all necessary procedures and the local authorities will do their best to allot the land and connect the facilities to infrastructure.
One of the Forum’s participants asked the President to consider the option not to reconstruct old medical facilities, but to build new ones.
