Investments in Fashion House outlet in Moscow region total €110m

He noted that an area of the Outlet Centre’s phase two amounted to 4,500 square meters. After it is put in operation, total leasable area of the facility will exceed 20,000 square meters, in particular, its food court and parking zones have been expanded.

Construction of the phase two took 15 months. Russian contracting companies were engaged in the work at the site. A total amount of investments was 110 million euro.

Fill rate of the phase two accounts for 78%, among the lessees there are such brands as Guess, Giovanni Boticelli, Baon, Love Republic, Befree, SELA and others.
