The enterprise's area will amount to 100 hectares, the territory of the greenhouses themselves will be over 57 hectares.
In 2017, the phase one will be launched – greenhouse facilities will start their operation in the area of approximately 24 hectares, a representative from the Agriculture Ministry said. The rest of the area is scheduled to be put in operation in 2018.
The cost of construction and equipment of “Solnechny Dar” greenhouse complex totaled over 16 billion roubles. Four hundred jobs will be created there. The project capacity amounts to 42700 tons of vegetables per year.
