This year, over 50 million rubles to be allocated from the regional budget for the purpose of infrastructure development. In the whole, the project is estimated at 600 million rubles.
The regional authorities expect to attract foreign investors, offering them all kind of benefits.
A land plot with an area of 68,6 hectares will be allotted to the construction site. Within the framework of the project, 1,700 people are planned to be employed.
The construction is scheduled to be launched in 2017 and is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
