Investigatory actions are conducted regarding one of Rosnano managers, whose name isn’t revealed. Allegedly, the police search might be connected with suspension of construction of “NT-Farma” pharmaceutical plant located in the Russian region of Yaroslavl.
“This is a modern integrated plant, which is scheduled to be opened in 2017. The enterprise is intended to release vital medicine (nanovaccines and biologic drugs), which are the company’s exploratory development ,” Rosnano’s press release reads.
The company’s representatives clarified that Rosnano started investing in the project in 2009 and now its share accounts for 49%. “Over the course of the project implementation, our partners faced difficulties with a payment schedule. After that, Rosnano halted its investments,” they said.
