This is what Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban development policy and construction, Marat Khusnullin, announced, speaking live on Moscow FM radio station.
“We don’t have a task to erect new high-rise buildings and skyscrapers, but if an investor appeals, the proposal will be considered on an individual basis at a session of Urban Construction and Land Commission of Moscow,” said Mr Khusnullin.
He added that in case of positive conclusion of the commission, a permit for the construction might be issued.
“If it is really a quality project improving image of the city, it might be agreed,” stressed Marat Khusnullin.
