JOY is a journalist award of real estate market. The best works related to real estate, as well as relative media and industry’s journalists are given JOY Award annually.
An assistant and a spokesman for the head of Russian Construction Ministry, Oleg Rakitov, is a member of the Award’s Expert Council. Mr Rakitov will personally participate in the jury.
Also, the first stage jury includes the following representatives of authority: Maxim Orlov from Moscow Urban Policy and Construction Complex, Yulia Kazinets from Housing Mortgage Finance Agency (AIZhK), Maria Ulyanova from Moscow City Architecture Committee and others.
