The trade center’s area will amount to 195,500 square meters, including gross leasable area of 71,000 square meters. The opening of the facility is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2017, says the statement released by Knight Frank, one of the agents engaged in retail lease.

The complex will be erected on the place of “Kapitolyi” trade center and will become company’s second project on reconstruction of its proper trade centers. The first renovated site was a multi-functional “Kuntsevo Plaza” center, put in operation following redevelopment with an increased space from 20,000 square meters up to 245,000 square meters.

New trade center will host more than 200 shops, but Auchan hypermarket with an area of 10,500 square meters will become its anchor tenant.
