The residential compound is planned to be located in the area of Kutuzovsky Prospekt. At present, the construction site belongs to the territory of an instrument engineering plant n.a. V.A. Kazakov. The plans is a commissioner of the project.
Kengo Kuma & Associates architecture bureau was founded in 1990, but it became a well-known company in 1999. Its projects include a building of art museum of Suntory company (Tokyo), an observatory and other sites.
