A 73-storey building, which received the name of called 1 Undershaft, will rise over 300 metres above sea level. There will be 130,000 square metres of office space and will be capable to house 10,000 people.
As BBC informs, at present, there is a boom in the construction of tall buildings in London, making it more attractive for foreign investors.
1 Undershaft is designed by Eric Parry Architects, a London-based studio, and is developed by Aroland Holdings Limited, based in Singapore.
