The structure of investments is dominated by office buildings, accounting for 34% of a total volume of transactions. Over the course of 12 months this year, the volume of investments in the office segment could reach $1 billion, which is also comparable to last year’s indicator.
“The volume of transactions for purchase of hotel property in 2016 has increased compared to the previous year by 68% to 434 million dollars, which is 14% in the volume of investment transactions in 2016”, the report reads.
