A decree ordering to carry out public hearings on the issue of the mall’s construction was published today on the website of the city administration.
A construction site of the trade center is located at the address of Dubrovinskogo St., 1. At present, a summer café is situated on that place.
The new facility will have two storeys with columns and arches completed in the same style as the building of the River railway station. A leisure area with benches is planned to be created on the roof, with a glass dome mounted above.
