The document provides the revenues of 13.487 trn roubles ($212.7 bln) in 2017, and expenses of 16.240 trn roubles ($256.15 bln). In 2018 and 2018 revenues are planned at the level of 14.028 trn roubles ($221.26 bln) and 14.844 trn roubles ($234.13 bln), respectively. And expenses are planned at the level of 16.039 trn roubles ($253 bln) in 2018 and 15.986 trn roubles ($252.15 bln) in 2019.
According to Andrei Makarov, Head of the RF State Duma Committee on budget and taxes, all social commitments of the state will be fulfilled. The budget also fully provides for the fulfillment of Presidential decrees (more than 2 trn roubles ($31.5 bln) is allotted). The CPRF, LDPR and “Spravedlivaya Rossia” factions deputies voted against the budget.
