“The Supreme Court of Sweden dismissed the collective motion of minority shareholders of Yukos from Spain presented by a group of investment funds, to review the ruling of Appeal Court of Sweden,” Mr. Kondakov told Interfax news agency on Thursday.
He reminded that the claim by Spanish minority shareholders in Yukos was filed in March 2007 to Arbitration court of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce on a basis of bilateral Russian-Spanish agreement on encouragement and mutual protection of investments, in connection with alleged expropriation of their assets in Russia.
