According to him, construction work at the refinery is 80% complete. Now, the company embarked on the construction of tanks, installation of machinery and equipment. These activities will continue throughout the year 2017.
The work on the creation of infrastructure for machinery and equipment installation is at the final stage.
The refinery is scheduled to be put into operation in 2018, Abdullayev said.
