As Construction.RU was told today by the company’s press office, the project envisages a complex reclamation of over 30 hectares land in the industrial zone “The Western Part of Nagatinskaya Poyma”.
Approximately 1 million square meters of residential and office real estate will be developed there.
JSC Moskovsky Bisnes Inkubator, affiliated with Leader Invest, will act as a direct building developer. At present, the first stage of the development has been completed at construction sites in Nagatino.
