The corresponding decree containing the amendments regarding selection rules has been approved by the Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev.
The amendments expanded the possibility of using a compensation mechanism of state support, extended the state support to industrial parks located in the special economic zone or in the adjacent areas. The amendments also provide for the establishment of interdepartmental commission on selection of projects for the creation, modernization and reconstruction of infrastructure of industrial parks and technology parks.
It will issue conclusions regarding the validity of the creation, modernization and reconstruction of objects of municipal and transport infrastructure in the area adjacent to industrial or technology parks’ territory.
