Nine 5-storey houses, a kindergarten designed for 325 children, covered parking for 499 cars will be located on the territory of the new complex. Apart from that, an underground parking area and a zone for shopping pavilions will be arranged there. The complex will accommodate about 2 thousand people, the report says.
