The President noted that while special relations have been established between Russia and China, agricultural lands should be used with a “high accuracy.” He clarified that the matter concerned quality of products, use of fertilizers and other issues.
Vladimir Putin stressed that Russia attracted all foreign investors into agricultural sector and provided an example of the Thai company investing $1 billion into the country’s agricultural project.
