Answering the question from Sputnik Turkey news agency about the assassination of Russian ambassador Andrey Karlov in Ankara this Monday, the President said that he was skeptical about Russian aircraft SU-24 being shot down without orders from the Turkish authorities, but the murder of the ambassador forced him to change his mind.
“I was skeptical about the words that our plane was downed without the sanction of the Turkish leadership, but now, after the murder of the ambassador, I'm starting to believe that everything is possible”, - said Vladimir Putin.
