It was on the first auction that the first bidding application from the Russian Railways of Yakutia JSC was submitted, however it has not passed a pre-qualification selection.
According to the newspaper’s source, Aras Agalarov and Ruslan Baisarov expressed interest towards the project as well.
In mid-December, the new tender for elaborating documentation and the construction was announced. Applications submission deadline is over, but there is no applications so far. The contract price totaled 16,9 billion rubles and the time for performance is scheduled for November 2019.
