“Most northern” skyscraper opens in Russia's Yekaterinburg

As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company, which was engaged in the project, there are 225 premium-class apartments in the building with a total area of 70,000 square meters.

The tower with the height of 209 meters has also a four-storey underground spaces with a parking lot and an engineering and utility services rooms.   

Until now, it was 190-meter HSB Turning Torso located in the Swedish city of Malmo that used to be considered to be the most northern skyscraper. HSB Turning Torso is situated a bit southwards to the tower in Yekaterinburg.
