Chinese to erect world's tallest twin towers in Cambodia

The complex will consist of two towers with the height of 133 storeys (560 meters) and is planned to be erected in the Cambodian capital city of Phnom Penh, by the side of Mekong River.

The twin towers will become the tallest ones among the similar structures not just in Asia, but also in the world. However, they will trail the world’s tallest single building, Burj Khalifa in Dubai (828 meters).

The project, which includes hotel, trade and recreation center, offices, apartments, exhibition hall, theatres and restaurants, is estimated at $2,7 billion.
