The project is intended to be implemented both as social and economic one and as a project directed to “preservation of a unique ecological system of Lake Baikal and enhancing a life quality of population.”
We should remind you that the rules of the lake preservation prohibit construction of coal boiler-houses in the central ecological zone of the Baikal natural site.
