As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the regional government, the construction of the hotel will be launched as early as May 2017. The construction site is located in Nagayevo housing complex.
A unique complex will have a total area of 8,000 square meters and will house a restaurant, an entertainment infrastructure and a roofed parking lot for 200 cars.
The hotel complex was named “Golden Garden.” However, in order to clear the site for construction of the hotel complex, a part of Nagayevo residents will be resettled from their detached houses.
