The project is estimated at 1,2 billion rubles ($20 million).
According to Interfax news agency, the new trade center is scheduled to be put in operation in July 2018.
Investments in the project will amount to approximately 1,2 billion rubles. About 500 news jobs are expected to be created at the enterprise.
The investor is going to buy out a land plot with an area of 7 hectares to establish there a construction site. The plot of land is located on the territory of the Kanavinsky district of Nizhny Novgorod.
